Ten TOC Implementers are required, to operate throughout New Zealand and Australia - our offices are in Auckland, Christchurch and Sydney; you can work from your home office, and/or client sites, anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.

You'll need to be a self-starter, and able to work in a team. You'll need to be focused on effects rather than actions. You must be driven to create results for clients, and passionate about freedom - freedom for clients, yourself and for ViAGO team members. You must build your "business within a business", while sharing the kudos and revenue with your team. You must be responsible for your own success, and also responsible for the success of your team-mates.

Loners and employees don't fit in at ViAGO.

We need EIGHT implementation consultants. Candidates must have TOC implementation experience, and/or TOC theory training. Appropriate applicants will receive all the additional training necessary to operate as a ViAGO TOC implementer: 4, 8 and 12 week induction programmes will get you up to speed.

If you know about TOC, JIT, Lean, or Kanban, but you are not formally trained in TOC theory, we can train you, but it may take a little longer for you to become effective in a consulting role.
