Below are the ways in which ViAGO can help you implement. The way you choose is generally based around the speed with which you wish to have new process implemented and the degree of safety you require to implement such change.

The Guaranteed Outcome Project

• We guarantee to stay until it works
• We guarantee your people will understand
• We guarantee your people will not want to change back
• We are doing things to you, and you must help us implement as fast as possible, i.e. we all remove blockages as fast as possible
• Time is of essence
• This option is chosen because of the need for a guaranteed project outcome, and the transfer of risk to us
o Estimated cost approx 100 k to 175k. The price is higher because the risk has been transferred back to us, and we need to deploy more resource to ensure our risk is minimized

The ViAGO 90 day Safe and Rapid implementation

• We behave like the guarantees exist, but we are both committed for 90 days. In essence you are buying us out of our guarantee to stay until it works, and the risk is transferred back to you.
• The 90 days starts when pre training and system design is completed, and we leave the site after 90 days, in your care. A stable “first prototype solution” is implemented.
• We are doing things to you, and you must help us implement as fast as possible, ie we all remove blockages as fast as possible
• Time is of essence.
• This option has been chosen because of the desire for controlled speed
o Estimated cost is approx 60k to 120k

The Mini Project

• You do what is needed to yourselves, but we provide consulting days to prep the project, implement on site for 5 days, and follow up days
• We come back when you have completed the necessary step
• The time frame is at your discretion
• This option has been chosen because time is not important to you. It is cheaper, because we can fit this project in around other work.
o Estimated cost is approx 30k to 60k

Daily Consulting

• You manage your project
• You build you plan
• You implement your plan
• You call us for help when you are stuck
o Estimated cost is $300 per hour per consultant for on site work. Telephone support is free, as long as this does not become excessive

Coaching

• You manage your project
• You build you plan
• You implement your plan
• We talk on the phone for 1 hour per week
o Estimated cost is $2000 per month

Education

• We have workshops that are sold as “seat prices”
• Our 2 day production workshop, for 2 people from the same company, is $1,750 per seat. (this would be a “public” workshop with other companies, as we need 6 people for critical mass)
• A company dedicated workshop is $1,500 per person, but you supply catering, venue, travel and accommodation

Summary:

• All prices are + GST
• All projects are + Travel and accommodation, recharged at cost, meals are our care
• All work requires a 30% deposit paid before we book our diaries
• All work is priced on the basis of “paid in full before we start”

Price reductions by arangement:
• All prices are fixed.
• You can reduce the scope to save money
• You can allow your project to be used as a reference site
• You can allow us to train new people
• You can allow us to film so we can use that content for marketing and internal training
• You can allow us to use you as a “live test site” for a new product development
