 Noel is based in Hamilton, New Zealand and joined ViAGO in February 2008. With over 25 years in operational and general management roles, Noel has the experience to go with his extensive formal education and training. An exponent of Lean Manufacturing and Constraint Management, Noel has implemented many improvement programs throughout his career.

 As a production manager Andrew Cranwell engaged ViAGO to help the company he was working in. He enjoyed the project so much that he decided to do it again. And again, joining the ViAGO team in 1998, Andrew has worked on over forty Theory of Constraints implementations projects, helping to replicate the success he enjoyed. Andrew leads the ViAGO delivery team and is accountable for training the team. As a down-to-earth Aussie, Andrew is instantly liked, and soon respected, a real advantage when leading a business through a shift in thinking.  James is the Managing Director of ViAGO. With a background in corporate information technology, since 1994 James has worked exclusively with breakthrough corporate effectiveness technologies, including Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Behavior-based Performance Management. James is certified in the constraint management solutions developed by the Avraham Y Goldratt Institute (USA) and the TOC Independent Certification Organization (UK) and now works primarily on industry-wide (versus company-wide) assignments. Almost all of his engagements are long-term relationships, mentoring clients to change their business thinking.

Satish Mehta - Sydney, Australia |

Satish grew up in India. He has an Honors degree in Computer Science from the US, where he also studied Operations Management, Financial Management and Music Theory
He returned to India in with the aim of rescuing a technically bankrupt textile-manufacturing company that had been started by his grandfather. After successfully turning around the company using TOC, he moved to Sydney. Satish now works with ViAGO, helping to ensure a bright future for Australian & New Zealand industry. He has worked with 40 companies on projects in supply chain, production, TOC accounting, Critical Chain project management and sales. He has been trained by Goldratt Schools, certified by the TOC International Certification Organization and features on the list of international TOC practitioners on Dr. Goldratt’s website. Audiences in Australia, New Zealand and India have enjoyed his interactive and practical presentations.
He has also taught Java Programming and run career development workshops for disadvantaged Aboriginal children.

 Peter joined ViAGO in November 1999 after gaining hands-on experience as a Managing Director of Debonaire Products Limited. Peter is a Chartered Accountant in Public Practice with a very keen interest in business management, and has worked in many ViAGO projects. His expertise in Throughput Accounting makes Peter an indispensable part of the ViAGO team.
